The following are the terms and conditions of the "Stream On Promotion" (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited. Otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (“888poker").
The Promotion shall commence on March 1st, 2024 and shall conclude on April 15t, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The registration phase will commence from March 1st , concluding on March 15th and the streaming phase will commence from March 16th, concluding on April 15th. The winner will be announced on the April 22nd, 2024. The prize for this promotion is the opportunity to become an ambassador of the 888poker brand. Further details of the prize are described in these terms and conditions.
I. General
1. Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who have completed the registration process using the application form.
2. 888poker reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, along with any associated benefits, if necessary for security reasons, to comply with applicable laws or regulations, in cases of abuse, or when unforeseen exceptional circumstances prevent the promotion from being conducted as specified. The promotion may also be canceled, modified, or suspended, or these terms and conditions may be changed with prior notice, for valid reasons such as addressing fraud or other unlawful behavior. Additionally, 888poker may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, or change these terms and conditions by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
3. No-one under the age of 25 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Website under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.

II. Eligibility and Registration Phase

2. 888poker will provide a link to a registration form. You are obligated to provide all information as required by 888poker. The information provided must be accurate, truthful, and valid. In the event of any false information, 888poker reserves the right to reject your application.
3. Once you application has been reviewed by 888poker, you will receive a confirmation email with the instructions to start the streaming phase. You must start the streaming phase complying with the following rules of the streaming phase.

III. Streaming Phase
Criteria
1. Selection of the winner: 888poker reserves the right to choose the winner in its sole discretion. 888poker will consider the following criteria when selecting the winner:
- Relevance to Target Audience: 888poker will assess whether the participant's image and appeal resonate well with 888poker target audience.
- Credibility and Trustworthiness: 888poker will assess the participant's trustworthiness and credible reputation within their community.
- Social Media Presence: 888poker will evaluate the participant’s social media reach and influence, as well as their engagement with followers.
- Communication Skills: 888poker will evaluate the participant’s communication skills.
- Consistency: 888poker will evaluate the participant’s public image and behavior align with the brand consistently over time.
- Legal and Compliance: 888poker will evaluate if the participant has a clean legal and ethical standing.
2. The list is not exhaustive and additional criteria may be taken into consideration.
3. Disqualification Criteria: 888poker reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the criteria.
Streaming Phase
4. Upon approval to participate in the Streaming Phase, participants will receive an email containing a link to join the 'Stream On' Twitch Team. All eligible participants are required to promptly accept their invitation to join the 'Stream On' Twitch Team and maintain their membership status throughout the entire duration of the promotion.
5. Stream Monitoring: 888poker will monitor the streams of participants and reserves the right to disqualify those who fail to comply with promotion requirements and participants obligations.

7. Each Participants in the promotion is required to exclusively use the 888poker platform for their streaming activities on Twitch and shall refrain from showcasing any other poker platforms during their stream.
8. It is mandatory for each participant to display prominently always the ‘BeGambleAware 18+’ banner logo in Their Stream On broadcasts for UK participants and ‘Gambling can be harmful, play responsibly ’ for non-UK participants. If the participant fails to comply with this obligation, they should refrain from using 888poker or any 888 brands in their streaming. Participants are required to abstain from inappropriate behavior, offensive language, and other violations.
9. Title Requirement: During the accumulation of streaming hours as part of the 'Stream On' promotion, all video titles must commence with '888poker Stream On'.
10. Commands and Information: Participants must create a designated command and timer to provide a direct link to pertinent Stream On promotion information. This may encompass the campaign announcement itself and related content accessible on the 888poker website.
11. Mature Content Filter on Twitch: Participants are required to ensure that the mature content filter is activated on their streams to restrict the display of content which may be unsuitable for all audiences.
12. Disabling Subscriber-Only VODs: If the participant currently restricts access to their Video on Demand (VODs) content solely to subscribers, this feature must be disabled for the duration of the promotion.
13. All streaming activities must be conducted in English.
IV. Winner selection
1. Prize: The winner will enter into a one-year ambassador agreement with 888poker to represent the brand (“Ambassador Agreement”). The Ambassador Agreement is subject to termination at any time due to noncompliance or in accordance with its clauses.
2. Fees and clauses of the Ambassador Agreement: The terms of the Ambassador Agreement for this promotion are non-negotiable. The fees will be proposed by 888poker. If the winner does not accept the proposed fees or any clauses of the Ambassador Agreement, 888poker reserves the right not to grant the prize and will select another winner.
3. Upon winning the promotion, the winner will be contacted by 888poker to sign the agreement. In accordance with regulatory requirements, the winner will need to provide certain information (e.g., demographics, social media profile, etc.) to 888poker for a regulatory/compliance analysis.
4. The winner will be announced on the April 22nd, 2024.
5. Days are counted from 00:00 GMT to 23:59 GMT.
V. Miscellaneous
1. You cannot take part in this promotion if we have previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any games on our website.
2. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
