The following are the terms and conditions of the ' Royal squad | London edition' (the 'Promotion') for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). The Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited, who is the operator of the Site ('us' or 'we' or 'our' or 'Company'). Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

The Promotion shall commence on 9/4/2023 at 7pm GMT (the “Promotion Period”).

Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who: (i) maintain an account with the Website; and (ii) have deposited real money into their account with the Website prior or during the Promotion Period.
We may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Website under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
If you have a pending message on the Website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.

You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'UK User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'
The amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the Withdrawal Policy. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.
If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the 'UK User Agreement'.
If you do not register or play in the UK:
You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'
The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. You can find details of the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in the 'Withdrawal Policy'.
With respect to point 21 in the 'Bonus Policy', if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the User Agreement; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such 'User Agreement'
In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account
All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
Deposits made with Skrill and Neteller are not eligible for the offer.
The company has the right to decide, for any reason, that the winner is not eligible and award it to the runner-up in the competition

Eligibility

You may only participate in this Promotion if you: (i) are a registered member and maintain an account with the Site (ii) reside in the United Kingdom; (iii) paid the $5 buy-in to one of the promotion qualifying tournaments.
You may be asked at any stage to provide us with a proof of age and/or identity.

The Promotion and Participation

Under the terms of this Promotion, the Company will run on the Site one (1) qualifying tournament, on April 9th, 2023. The tournament will start at 7pm GMT (shall be referred to as the 'Qualifying Tournament').
Participation in Qualifying Tournament is based on completion of registration to participate at the Qualifying Tournament and will require eligible member to pay buy-in in the amount of $5.
The winner of the “Royal squad | London edition” tournament ('Winner') will win a special prize package as specified in section 19 below, for the Winner and additional two friends of the Winner's choice, subject to the below.
The two friends that will be selected by the Winner will need to have an active 888poker account and reside in the United Kingdom. As a prerequisite condition for their participation and receipt of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes (as defined below), each of the selected friends might be requested by Company to undertake and confirm in writing the applicable terms and conditions as set forth herein concerning the grant of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes.
The Winner will be informed by email and be required to respond and acknowledge his\\ her participation and send his 2 friend’s 888poker usernames within 72 hours after the email is sent.
If the Winner fails to respond as required, then the prize will be transferred to the “Royal squad | London edition” tournament runner-up.
The Winner and his chosen friends will be required to arrive to London on April 19th 2023 in order to participate in marketing and publicity activities for the Site (the “Promotion Activities”).
The Winner and each of his\\her selected friends, who attend the Promotional Activities grants Company and its affiliates, an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid up, royalty free right and license to use his/her name, answers and likeness and to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and make derivative works based upon, photographs and/or video recordings of such Winner and each of his\\her selected friends taken or recorded by Company and/or its permitted designees during or in connection with the Promotional Activities in any and all online and offline media whether known or developed in the future including but not limited to television, radio, websites, webcasts and social media (which includes but is not limited to Twitter and Facebook). In addition, the Winner and each of his\\her selected friends expressly waives any claims against Company and its affiliates, in this regard. The Winner and each of his\\her selected friends will be required to sign Company's Release and Wavier Form prior to attending the Promotional Activities as a condition to participate and the entitlement to the benefits granted under this Promotion.
The winner and his friends are obliged to cooperate with the production company and take an active part in all content activity around the campaign including video shooting (or any other shooting), taking part in all campaign activities such as the football game, the 888poker Main event, playing the streamed table and any content activity that the company will produce during the event around the 888poker Royal Squad campaign

The Prize

The Winner of the “Royal squad | London edition” tournament will be awarded with the following prize package (the: “Royal squad | London edition” tournament Prizes'):
- Special '888poker Live London’ prize package valued at US$11,000 to the “Royal squad | London edition” which consists of: (i) 3 Buy-in entry to the “888poker Live London 2023 Main event” valued each at US$1,350 (paid by the Company directly to the tournament organizer); (ii) US$1,350 for 4 nights’ accommodation for each between 19th April– 23th April 2023 at the Wilde Aparthotel B&B or any other hotel that will be decided by the company ('Hotel') (paid by the Company directly to the Hotel) (iii) US$300 for travel for each and expenses (paid by the Company directly to the Winner and his friend’s poker accounts); (iv) 3 tickets worth $885 each to a football match that will be held on April 21th 2023.(v) collectively the “888poker Live London festival 2023” Prize package.
The Winner and each of his\\her selected friends cannot redeem the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes for cash or transfer the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes in any way. On the occasion that the Winner and each of his\\her selected friends is unable to attend the “888poker London Festival 2023” and\\or football game and/or “Royal squad | London edition” special stream table (for any reason) and/or if for some reason, the casino, Grosvenor, The Victoria does not allow them to enter, the monetary value of the relevant “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes will not be paid to the Winner and\\or to each of his\\her selected friends nor will the relevant “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes be provided, nor any of the forgoing be entitled to receive any part of the relevant “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes.
The Winner and his friends will be registered to play in the “888poker Live London festival 2023” Event on April 20th - Day 1A ONLY, without exceptions.
The Company will not be responsible for arranging transportation from the Winner's and\\or any of his\\her selected friends' home to the airport and from the airport to the Hotel, nor any related parking expenses.
By participating in this Promotion, Winner herby agree to act as an ambassador for the Site at the “888poker Live London festival 2023”, which includes wearing exclusively throughout the duration the “888poker Live London festival 2023” including the final table the branded clothing/ patch provided by the Company.
The Company will not be responsible for any tax liability associated with the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to play in the “888poker Live London festival 2023”. All entrants to the event will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Entrants who are not able to present such proof will be excluded from participation in the 888poker Live London festival 2023 with no compensation.
By participating in the Promotion and winning the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes, the Winner and each of his selected friends grants the Company, its affiliates as well as their marketing affiliates, a world-wide, sub-licensable, perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable right to use his/her name, image, voice and likeness for promotional and publicity promotional and marketing purposes (whether online or offline) for the Site without any compensation and the Winner and each of his selected friends expressly waives any claims against the Company and all companies within the 888 group of companies in this regard. Each of Winner's selected friends will be required to undertake and confirm the forgoing in writing towards Company as a condition for their participation and receipt of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes.
Company does not endorse any deals whatsoever in any of our tournament qualifiers and as a result will not be held responsible or liable for settling any private deals made between members.
During the “888poker Live London festival 2023” and the “Royal squad | London edition” live streamed game with 888poker pros, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced by the tournament organizers, which may include disqualification. If Winner is penalized or disqualified at the “888poker Live London festival 2023” and\\or “Royal squad | London edition” live streamed game as a results of his\\her behavior by infraction of the rules set forth by the tournament organizers, the Company assumes no responsibility or liability for your entry into the event and no refund will be provided.
All Site fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity will result in the Winner losing its “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes (and his/her friends not being able to receive any part of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes) and the Company reserves the right to take additional action against the Winner and\\or any of his\\her selected friends, which may include but not be limited to termination of the Winner’s and\\or any of his\\her selected friends' account, as well as disqualification from this Promotion.
THE WINNER AND EACH OF HIS\\HER SELECTED FRIENDS MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID PASSPORT FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS BEYOND THE CONCLUSION OF THE “888poker Live London festival 2023” AND THE WINNER AND EACH OF HIS\\HER SELECTED FRIENDS IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY VISA (IF REQUIRED) AND/OR ESTA (IF REQUIED) TO TRAVEL TO THE UNITED KINGDOM. THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WINNER AND EACH OF HIS\\HER SELECTED FRIENDS BEING UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO LACK OF APPROPRIATE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE LIVE LONDON ME PRIZE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
The Winner and each of his\\her selected friends will be solely responsible for arranging his/her travel arrangements to and from the “888poker Live London festival 2023” and shall be responsible for taking out his/her own travel insurance which includes but is not limited to medical insurance and lost luggage insurance.
The Company is not responsible for changing flights, accommodation and anything else relating to the itinerary after the Winner and\\or each of his\\her selected friends has chosen his/her travel arrangements.
By entering this Promotion each entrant grants the Company and any third party vendors providing any services in relation to the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes, the right to provide his/her personal details to the third party vendor in order to have the prize delivered to such entrant.
If the Winner's and\\or each of his\\her selected friends' account with the Site has been closed or self-excluded at any time up until the “888poker Live London festival 2023” takes place, he/she will not be eligible for receiving any of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes and the monetary value of any of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes will not be reimbursed.
By entering the promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Company, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of this Promotion or the awarding or use of any of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes.
The Winner and each of his\\her selected friends' may be required to complete and sign an insurance waiver with any third party vendor providing services in relation to any of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes prior to being allowed to take up the relevant “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes. The Winner and each of his\\her selected friends' may also be required by the Company or by any third party vendor providing services in relation to any of the “Royal squad | London edition” Prizes to sign further documents before delivery of the relevant “Royal squad | London edition” Prize.
These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
Any provisions herein which by their nature are required to survive termination or expiration of this Promotion in order to achieve their purpose shall so survive until it shall no longer be necessary for them to survive in order to achieve that purpose.
