The following are the terms and conditions of the "PLO5 & 6 Promotion" (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited. Otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you.
The Promotion shall commence on 17.11.2024 and shall conclude on 21.12.2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
1. General
- Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who: (i) maintain an account with the Website; and (ii) have deposited real money into their account with the Website prior or during the Promotion Period.
- We may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
- No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Website under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
- If you have a pending message on the Website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.

The amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the Withdrawal Policy. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.
If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the 'UK User Agreement'.

You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'
The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. With respect to point 21 in the 'Bonus Policy', if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the User Agreement; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such 'User Agreement'
- In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
- Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account
- All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
- Deposits made with Skrill and Neteller are not eligible for the offer.
2.Eligibility
- You may only participate in the Promotion if you have directly received an e-mail from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked to.
- You must have already deposited at least once in the cashier to participate in the Promotion. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, you may use the Tournament Tickets granted to you through the 888poker email even if you have not deposited in the cashier.

3.The Promotion
Tournaments
- All Tournament Tickets granted under the Promotion will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the necessary requirements being fulfilled.
- Tournament Tickets granted under the Promotion can be used in the following tournaments:
- The PLO5&6 Action Freeroll - running every Saturday.
- The PLO5&6 Celebration Freeroll – running on 28.12.2024.
- Subject to the above,in order to receive a Tournament Ticket for PLO5&6 Action Freeroll a player must complete the following challenge within one week (Sunday-Saturday):
- Play 150 or more hands of PLO 5 or PLO 6 within one week (Sunday - Saturday).
- In order to receive Tournament Ticket to aPLO5&6 Celebration Freeroll, players must complete the following challenge during the Promotion Period:
- Win 300 or more hands in PLO 5 or PLO 6 before 21.12.2024.
- Players may receive up to 1 ticket throughout the promotion by completing the above challenge. The PLO5&6 Celebration Freeroll Ticket granted under the Promotion must be used by 28.12.2024. Any unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if not used.
- Freerolls are limited to 18,000 players.
- Rebuys do not count towards the Tournaments Challenge.

- 'Win a Hand' is considered to be when a round is won, regardless of whether it is split with another player or if it is won with a side pot.

RAKEBACK
- By participating in this Promotion each member agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the User Agreementwhich includes, but is not limited to, the Bonus Policy.
- During promotion period, players will be granted a daily spin the day after their Omaha cash games activity, in which they will receive a random rakeback prize.
- Rakebacks are calculated as a percentage of yesterday's total rake Omaha cash games only.
- Rakebacks will be granted as cash.
- Minimum sum of rake required to receive a Spin is $1.
- ‘Omaha cash games’ are considered as PLO4, PLO5 and PLO6 only.
- The Spin expires after 24 hours and the bonus must be claimed within that time

LIVE EVENT
- Your participation in this Event will be considered complete acceptance of the provisions below:

- All Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the necessary requirements being fulfilled.
- Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion can be used only at the tournament PLO Rakeback Freeroll, and will be valid until 29.12.2024 tournament date.
- Subject to the above, in order to receive a Tournament Ticket(s) for PLO Rakeback Freeroll, as granted under the Promotion, a player must complete challenge:
Accumulate a rake of $500 or more on PLO 4, PLO 5 or PLO 6 before 21.12.2024 and get a ticket to the PLO Rakeback Freeroll - The top two winners of the PLO Rakeback Freeroll, (the “Winner”), will win a package to an 888poker LIVE Event of player’s choice.

- The top two winners will be contacted and will have the opportunity to choose from a list of 2025 live events, which will be detailed for them.
888poker LIVE Event:
- The winner is solely responsible for booking accommodation for this event.
- The Promoter will not be responsible for arranging the winner's transportation from their home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel or any related parking costs.
- The Winner may not redeem the Prize for cash or transfer it. In the event that the Winner is unable to attend (for any reason), the monetary value of the Prize will not be paid to the Winner, the Prize will not be delivered to them, nor will they be entitled to receive part of the Prize.
- Event organizers have the right to change, modify or adjust any part of the tournament.
- All events are arranged in Euros (€).
- Cash tables are available NON-STOP within the tournament area.
- By participating in this Event, the Winner agrees to act as a participant of the Website at the Event, which includes wearing branded patch clothing, provided by the Company, exclusively for the duration of the event, even at the final table.
- The Company is not responsible for any tax obligation associated with the Prize.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age to play in the Event. All participants in the Event must present proof of age (passport or other valid photo identification). Participants who cannot present such proof will be excluded from participation in the Event without any compensation.
- By participating in the Event and winning the Prize, the Winner grants the Company, its subsidiaries, as well as its marketing affiliates, a worldwide, sublicensable, perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use his or her name, image, voice and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes of promotion and marketing (whether online or offline) for the Website without any compensation, and the Winner expressly waives any claim against the Company and all companies in the 888 group of companies to this regard.
- 888poker does not endorse any type of agreement in any of our qualifying tournaments and therefore will not be responsible for resolving any private agreements made between members
- During the Event, tournament organizers will enforce strict rules regarding player behavior, including disqualification. In the event that the Winner is penalized or disqualified from the event as a result of his/her behavior for violation of the rules established by the tournament organizers, the Company assumes no responsibility for his/her entry into the Event and no refund will be provided. .
- By participating in this Event, each participant accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.
- All Web fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity will result in the winner forfeiting their Prize (and their friends being unable to receive any part of the Prize Package) and the Company reserves the right to take further action against such player, including, but not limited to, canceling the player's account, as well as disqualification from this Event.
- THE WINNER MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID PASSPORT FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT AND IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY VISA (IF NECESSARY) AND/OR ESTA (IF NECESSARY) FOR TRAVEL. THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY IF THE WINNER IS UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO LACK OF APPROPRIATE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE PRIZE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- The Prize Winner will be solely responsible for arranging his or her travel to and from the event and will be responsible for arranging his or her own travel insurance including, but not limited to, medical insurance and lost luggage insurance.
- The Company is not responsible for changes to flights, accommodation and anything else related to the itinerary after the winner has chosen their travel plans.
- The Company and all other associated companies are not responsible for any damage, loss, expense (including travel and accommodation), accident, injury and/or inconvenience that may be suffered or caused by any Winner or their property as a result of their participation. at the Event or any activity related thereto, including, without limitation, any COVID-19 restrictions imposed by local government authorities or by the applicable health agency with respect to travel to or from the destination of the Event, whether in related to quarantine restrictions, entry/exit restrictions, COVID-19 or other PCR testing.
- By participating in this Event, each participant grants the Company, and any third party provider providing any service related to the Prize, the right to provide his or her personal data to the third party provider so that the prize can be delivered to said participant.
- If a player's account on the Website has been closed or self-excluded at any time until the Event takes place, they will not be able to receive the prize, and the monetary value of the prize will not be refunded.
- By participating in the Event, each participant agrees to release, release and hold harmless the Company, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages arising from this Event or of the award or use of the Prize.
- Winner may be required to complete and sign an insurance waiver with any third party provider providing services in connection with the Prize, or with the Company, before being permitted to accept the Prize. The Company, or any third party provider providing services in connection with the Prize, may also require the Winner to sign other documents prior to delivery of the Prize.
- The Company may modify these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, where necessary for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond the Company's control, or as a result of changes in applicable law or regulation. If the Company makes any material changes to these terms and conditions, it will notify the Winner of the changes with reasonable advance notice.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Prize from the Winner, without monetary compensation, if the Winner is under any investigation or his or her account on the Website is closed/blocked.
- All provisions hereof which by their nature must survive the termination or expiration of this Event to achieve their purpose shall remain in effect until such time as they are no longer necessary to survive to achieve that purpose.
- The Website User Agreement applies to this Event.
4.Claim
- In order to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, you must respond to the claim email sent by 888poker by clicking on the relevant link within 7 days of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link within such time frame, your right to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) shall automatically expire.
- In addition, in order to receive the cashback granted under the Promotion, you must: (i) log into your account with the Site; (ii) enter the 888poker lobby within 1 day of playing/betting and click on the relevant pop up which appears in the 888poker lobby on the Website during the Promotion Period in order to receive the cashback. If you do not click pop up with such time frame, your right to receive the cashback shall automatically expire.
5.Tournament Tickets
- Tournament Tickets may not be used by a player to rebuy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
- Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.

6.Cash Prizes
- The Site's withdrawal restrictions apply to all prizes.
- The Company reserves the right to undertake a security review of the member's account and gaming activity at the Site, which security review may involve a request for documentation and information.
- If the security check reveals anticipated, suspected or actual fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity at the Site, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of the terms hereof or the User Agreement, or in case the member fails to comply with any request for documentation and information, Company reserves the right to withhold the granting of the prize. The Company also reserves the right to withhold the granting of the prize if there are any chargebacks, financial disputes or outstanding payments pending concerning the member's account with the Site. The right to withhold the granting of the prize are in addition and not in lieu of any other rights or remedies available to Company, whether at contract or law.
7.Bonus Prize
- Immediate bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 3 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received bonus amount within 30 days of being granted. Any unused bonus will be removed from the account thereafter.
- If you place a wager on casino games using an ‘immediate bonus” and win, depending on your account currency you will receive up to a maximum of $500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. This limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the free spins.
- Any winnings generated from bonus money, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid to the winning player as follows:(i)a payment to the player's real bankroll up to the bet amount that was funded from real money;(ii)a payment to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the original bonus amount used to fund the bet or up to the amount that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to funding the bet, whichever is greater; and (iii)a payment of remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games or to the 'bonus wallet' if the general bonus was played in casino games.
