Terms and Conditions for the Promotion
'Made to Vacay'

1. The Promotion

The following are the terms and conditions (the 'Terms') of the promotional campaign 'Made to Vacay' (the 'Promotion') for www.888casino.com ('888Casino'), www.888sport.com ('888Sport') and/or www.888poker.com ('888Poker'), (as applicable, shall be referred to as the 'Site').
If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited, otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (please see below) ('888', 'us', or 'we', or 'our'). Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

2. Eligibility

  • You are eligible for this promotion only if you have completed the registration process at the Site, provided complete, truthful and accurate information in connection thereto, including without limitation, in respect of email address and payment details ('Eligible Player(s)').
  • No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion. Any player may be asked at any stage to provide us with a proof of age and/or identity.
  • During thier engagement period and for 24 months thereafter, none of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the Promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  • Players located in Northern Ireland cannot participate in this Promotion.
  • In addition, persons located in certain countries including, but not limited to, the United States of America, Israel and Turkey are neither eligible to open an account with us, make any deposits nor use our services. We reserve the right to amend the list of countries from which we will not accept users of our services.

3. Promotion Period

  • The Promotion will start on November 7, 2022 and is valid until December 4, 2022 ('Promotion Period').
  • All times and dates are in GMT.
  • Following the Promotion Period, 888 no longer has any responsibility and no longer assumes any obligation in connection with any circumstances that could possibly lead the public to the conclusion of the actuality or continuation of the Promotion.

4. Promotion Structure

  • The Promotion is structured as follows:
    • Four (4) successive weeks (each a 'Campaign Week'), which will be held during the following dates:
      1. Campaign Week 1: 07/11/2022 – 13/11/2022
      2. Campaign Week 2: 14/11/2022 – 20/11/2022
      3. Campaign Week 3: 21/11/2022 – 27/11/2022
      4. Campaign Week 4: 28/11/2022 – 04/12/2022

      For the avoidance of doubt, a Campaign Week is considered between every Monday 00:00:00 GMT to Sunday 23:59:59 GMT.

    • A weekly raffle (the 'Weekly Raffle(s)') will be conducted 5 working days from the end of each Campaign Week (total of four (4) Weekly Raffles), in which the winner (the 'Winner(s)') will be drawn. Each Winner will win the Promotion Prize (as defined below), subject to these Terms and Conditions.
    • For the Promotion Period, in each Campaign Week, the Eligible Players will be presented with three (3) different Challenges (as defined below) in each Campaign Week. Each Challenge is valid for that Campaign Week only.
    • For each weekly Challenge completed, the Eligible Player will receive a Ticket to the Weekly Raffle. An Eligible Player who completes all three (3) Challenges during the Campaign Week will get three (3) extra Tickets. Each Eligible Player may receive a maximum of six (6) Tickets per Campaign Week. Each Ticket is valid for that Campaign Week only.

      Example: if you complete 1 weekly Challenge, you will receive a Ticket to the Weekly Raffle. If you complete 2 weekly Challenges, you will receive 2 Tickets for the Weekly Raffle. If you complete 3 weekly Challenges, you will receive 6 Tickets for the Weekly Raffle.

  • Upon completing each Challenge, the Eligible Players will receive a communication email or pop-up (via the Site) informing them that they have received a Ticket to the Weekly Raffle.
  • A 'Ticket' gives a unique / individual chance to win the Promotion Prize in the Weekly Raffle.

    Example: if an Eligible Player has 3 (three) Tickets for the Weekly Raffle, his name will appear 3 (three) times in the list with Tickets we use for the draw.

5. Promotion Mechanism

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, in order to receive the Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, an Eligible Player must complete one or more of the following weekly challenge(s) during the applicable Campaign Week (each, a 'Challenge'). Each Challenge has its own specific terms.

  1. Campaign Week 1 – 07/11/22 - 13/11/22
    1. Casino: Bet on any 888 exclusive Section 8 Games (min $5) (see list below).
    2. Sport: Bet a total of $5 or more using 888's Bet Builder (min odds 2.0, this market can be found within football, NHL, NBA, NFL and MLB games).
    3. Poker: Play 1 BLAST game (min $1 buy in).
  2. Campaign Week 2 - 14/11/22 – 20/11/22
    1. Casino: Bet on any Live Casino Games (min $5) (see list below).
    2. Sport: Bet a total of $5 or more on 888's Live Betting markets (min odds 1.5).
    3. Poker: Play in any tournament (min $1 buy in).
  3. Campaign Week 3 - 21/11/22 - 27/11/22
    1. Casino: Bet on any Slot Games (min $5) (see list below).
    2. Sport: Bet a total of $5 or more on Multiple containing 3 legs or greater (min odds 1.3 per leg).
    3. Poker: Win 1 hand in cash games (including Omaha & SNAP, min. stakes of 1¢/2¢).
  4. Campaign Week 4 - 28/11/22 – 04/12/22
    1. Casino: Bet on any Daily & Twilight Jackpot Games (min $5) (see list below).
    2. Sport: Bet a total of $5 or more on any of our 888specials.
    3. Poker: Win 1 hand in a SNAP game (min. stakes of 1¢/2¢).

POKER

Campaign Week 1 - BLAST

  • You will be eligible to earn one (1) Ticket by playing BLAST tournaments, with buy-ins totalling $5 or more.
  • Your Ticket will be credited immediately upon Challenge is completed.
  • This specific Challenge is valid between 07/11/22 00:00:00 GMT - 13/11/22 23:59:59 GMT.

Campaign Week 2 - POKER TOURNAMENT

  • You will be eligible to earn one (1) Ticket by playing poker tournaments with buy-ins totalling $5 or more.
  • Your Ticket will be credited immediately upon Challenge is completed.
  • This specific Challenge is valid between 14/11/22 00:00:00 GMT - 20/11/22 23:59:59 GMT.

Campaign Week 3 - CASH GAME

  • You will be eligible to earn one (1) Ticket by playing 1 cash hand, including SNAP/Omaha, with minimum stakes of 1c/2c.
  • Your Ticket will be credited immediately upon Challenge is completed.
  • This specific Challenge is valid between 21/11/22 00:00:00 GMT - 27/11/22 23:59:59 GMT.

Campaign Week 4 - SNAP

  • You will be eligible to earn one (1) Ticket by playing 1 SNAP hand, with minimum stakes of 1c/2c.

  • Void, duplicated and cashed out bets won’t qualify for this Challenge.

  • This specific Challenge is valid between 28/11/22 00:00:00 GMT - 04/12/22 23:59:59 GMT.

7. Specific Terms for the Promotion Prizes - Granting and announcing the Promotion Prizes

  • The Promotion Prizes will be awarded through a Weekly Raffle.
  • For each Weekly Raffle, only one single Winner will win the applicable Promotion Prize.
  • The Weekly Raffles will take place weekly and will be organized at www.random.org. The Weekly Raffles' draws will be made through RANDOM.ORG’s Third-Party Draw Service (hereafter the “Software”), a software which will randomly designate the Winners and the reserves from a database containing all valid Tickets, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • All Tickets in a Weekly Raffle have exactly the same chance of getting selected as the Winner.
  • The Software selects the winning entries randomly. The selection is done using the highest quality true randomness generated via atmospheric noise as documented on the RANDOM.ORG web site. The numbers from the Software have been analyzed extensively and have passed the most stringent industry tests for randomness. In this fashion, RANDOM.ORG guarantees that (a) it is impossible for anyone to influence the draw; (b) it is impossible for anyone to predict who will win; and (c) each Ticket has exactly the same chance of winning. In other words, the Weekly Raffles' draws will be performed in accordance with the highest technical and ethical standards.
  • There will be four (4) Weekly Raffles, one (1) Weekly Raffle per week (Tickets accumulated between Monday and Sunday will be taken into consideration), corresponding to the 4 prizes (each the 'Promotion Prize'), as follows:
    1. 1. From all valid Tickets granted during the first Campaign Week there will be designated: 1 Winner for the Promotion Prize together with 3 Reserves (as defined below).
    2. 2. From all valid Tickets granted during the second Campaign Week there will be designated: 1 Winner for the Promotion together with 3 Reserves.
    3. 3. From all valid Tickets granted during the third Campaign Week there will be designated: 1 Winner for the Promotion Prize together with 3 Reserves.
    4. 4. From all valid Tickets granted during the fourth Campaign Week there will be designated: 1 Winner for the together with 3 Reserves.
  • The Promotion Prize will consist of a $10,000 voucher to be redeemed through the MET (as defined below), as further detailed herein and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Winner can utilize the Promotion Prize only for puchasing products offered by MET.
  • After each Weekly Raffle, all participating Tickets will be reset and start at 0 for the next Weekly Raffle.
  • An Eligible Player can win only one Promotion Prize in this Promotion. Each Weekly Raffle Winner may not participate in the following Weekly Raffles.
  • The Winners will be contacted by 888 after the win of the Weekly Raffle to verify personal player details and contact info.
  • 888 is not responsible for any errors regarding the provision by the Eligable Player of the requested personal data. The Eligable Player is solely responsible for providing incorrect personal data. In case of providing incorrect data, 888 has no obligation to award the Promotion Prize.
  • One (1) Winner and three (3) reserves (each a 'Reserve') will be drawn for each Weekly Raffle. Winner needs to reply to an 888 contact within seven (7) days. If the Winner fails to respond within the aforementioned seven (7) days, the Winner will forfeit his\\her Promotion Prize and 888 will award the Promotion Prize to the first drawn Reserve, up to 3 Reserves (if the Promotion Prize has been awarded to a Reserve, such Reserve shall be refered to as the 'Winner' for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions). If all 3 Reserves likewise fails to respond to the notification within seven (7) days, then 888 will not proceed to further select any alternate Winner and shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
  • By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player grants 888 and its affiliates the right to use and share his\\her shipping address and contact info with third parties who provide services in relation to this Promotion, including for the purpose of facilitating the delivery of the Promotion Prize.
  • To participate in the Promotion, the Winner will be required to sign 888poker standard LOU.
  • 888 reserves the right to substitute the tangible Promotion Prize hereunder with monetary prize and accordingly in lieu of delivery of the tangible Prize hereunder, 888 shall be entitled to compensate the Winner for the equivalent monetary value.
  • The Winner cannot redeem the Promotion Prize for cash or transfer the Promotion Prize in any way. On the occasion that the Winner is unable to use the Promotion Prize (for any reason), the monetary value of the Promotion Prize will not be paid to the Winner nor will the Promotion Prize be provided, nor shall he/she be entitled to receive any part of the Promotion Prize.
  • If a Winner’s account with the Site has been closed or self-excluded at any time up until the Promotion Prize has been utilized, he/she will not be eligible for receiving the Promotion Prize, and the monetary value of the Promotion Prize will not be reimbursed.
  • By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless 888, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the awarding or use of the Promotion Prize.
  • All the preferences for utilizing the Promotion Prize must be arranged exclusively through the “Main Event Travel” company (hereafter termed the “MET”). The Winners will be contacted by an MET representative approximately ten (10) days after their qualification in order to make the arrangements. After MET have contacted the Winner the Winners shall visit MET's website https://www.maineventtravel.com/ and register using the same email address associated with their 888 account ('MET Account'). After MET have contacted the Winner, the Promotion Prize granted under the Promotion, will be credited to the Winner's MET Account balance. The Winner shall be able to utilize the Promotion Prize immediately after granting, by selecting its vacation preferences within the MET site.
  • Winners must use the Promotion Prize's funds received at MET within six (6) months from granting. After six (6) months, any unused amount will be cancelled, deducted from the Winners’ MET Account and non-refunds will be given.
  • Winners are solely responsible for booking their travel arrangements with MET after they have been contacted. Should the Winners’ choice for the vacation exceed $10,000, the Winners will need to pay the difference in the cost by credit card, or debit, directly to MET.
  • The Winner can utilitize the the Promotion Prize solely using its MET Account, therefore, all purchases must be under the Winner's name (for avoidace of doubt, third parties can join the Winner's travel, but the booking reservation must be under the Winner's name).
  • For any inquiries regarding accommodation arrangements, the Winner shall contact a designated MET representative at the following address: 888live@maineventtravel.com. Please first allow 10 days after qualifying before contacting MET representative.
  • 888 will not be responsible for arranging transportation for the Winners from their home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel, nor any related parking expenses.
  • The Winner must be in possession of a valid passport for at least six months beyond the conclusion of its travel and the Winner is solely responsible for obtaining any visa (if required) and/or ESTA (if required) to travel to the event destination. 888 assumes no responsibility for the Winner being unable to travel due to lack of appropriate travel documentation and the monetary value of the Promotion Prize package will not be reimbursed.
  • The Winner of the Promotion Prize will be solely responsible for arranging his/her travel arrangements and shall be responsible for taking out his/her own travel insurance which includes, but is not limited to, medical insurance, and lost luggage insurance.
  • Without derogating from the provisions above, 888 is not responsible for changing flights, accommodation, and anything else relating to the itinerary after the Winner has chosen his/her travel arrangements.
  • By participating in the Promotion, each player hereby acknowledges and further agrees that 888 and 888 group of companies can use the player's personal data, such as name, home address, email address, telephone number, etc., ourselves or by using third party subcontractor, for the purpose of performing and facilitating the Promotion (including without limitation in respect of delivery of the Promotion Prize), subject to and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Each player that opts to participate in this Promotion, must ensure that his\\her personal data entered into during his\\he registration with the Site (including without limitation E-mail address and telephone number) is valid and correct.
  • The Winner may be required to complete, and sign, an insurance waiver with any third-party vendor providing services in relation to the Promotion Prize, or 888, prior to being allowed to take up the Promotion Prize. The Winner may also be required by 888, or by any third-party vendor providing services in relation to the Promotion Prize, to sign further documents before delivery of the Promotion Prize.
  • 888 and any/all other associated companies are not liable for any damage, loss, expenses (including traveling and accommodation), accident, injury and/or inconvenience arising in any way that may be suffered by, or caused to any Winner, his/her properties arising out of their use if the Promotion Prize or any related activities, including without limitation in connection with any COVID-19 restrictions imposed by local government authority or health agency applicable with respect to the traveling from or to the Promotion Prize destination, whether connected to quarantine restrictions, entry\\ departure restrictions, COVID-19 PCR tests, or otherwise.

8. General Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these Terms and Conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
  • This Promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment account. 888 may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification, or suspension.
  • If you have a pending message on the Site’s regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
  • If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any of the benefits granted under this Promotion, then in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement and subject thereto, we may: (i) not grant you such prize; (ii) request additional identification documents; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement.
  • Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your account within the Site. If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once the following conditions are met: (i) your Available Funds balance is zero; (ii) all Sports bets are settled (iii), all Poker tournaments you have enrolled in are completed, and (iv) all real money game sessions are closed, and related bets have been settled. The foregoing will not apply to your use of Free Spins, FreePlay and Jackpot vouchers, which can use at any time.
  • To meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us. With respect to a Pending Bonus, you may only fulfil any wagering requirements, using Available Funds and any wagers placed using Restricted Funds will in no way count to fulfilling the wagerng requirements.
  • Any provisions herein which by their nature are required to survive termination or expiration of the Promotion in order to achieve their purpose shall so survive until it shall no longer be necessary for them to survive in order to achieve that purpose.

  • If you register or play in the UK:

    1. You hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'UK User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'.
    2. Withdrawing funds: your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply. For further info see our 'Withdrawal Policy'.

    If you do not register or play in the UK:

    1. You hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy”.
    2. Withdrawing funds: for further information on how you can withdraw funds from your account, please see our 'Withdrawal Policy'.

9. Taxes and contributions

  • The Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, assessments, duties, customs, and other governmental charges on the Promotion Prizes.
  • 888 will not be responsible for any tax liability associated with the Promotion Prize.
