In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in any promotion (at 888poker's reasonable discretion), 888poker reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any prizes under any such promotion and 888poker i will not incur any liability whatsoever.
