888poker has chosen not one but two new StreamTeam members as winners of the Stream On contest. There was supposed to be just one, but the pool of contestants was so strong that we picked one from the UK and one from Canada.
Both streamers battled through a field of 63 worthy candidates to claim the top prize of a year-long streaming contract each.
Our first-ever Stream On contest kicked off on 16 March and ran for a month, with streamers across the globe throwing their chips onto the poker table.
After public auditions, 34-year-olds Dave “Wursthandz” Brady from the UK and Darius “KomodoDragonJesus” Wajda from Manitoba, Canada, took top honours.

Both players are more than excited to join the 888poker StreamTeam family and fought hard to win.
For Brady, he feels honoured to join a community that supports streamers and hopes to do the team justice.

Meet Wursthandz and KomodoDragonJesus
Dave “Wursthandz” Brady has final-tabled a few $109 buy-in events where he satellited his way in. After taking a break from streaming, he decided to make a comeback, partially due to the Stream On competition.
He put in the work, studying the game and training to improve – and has seen the results, both live and online.
He met some of his best friends in the poker community, including two groomsmen at his wedding – despite travelling from Canada and Holland to attend!
Despite training to be an on-call firefighter, Dave fulfilled the entry requirements and met the challenge!

Wursthandz Twitch Clip
Darius "KomodoDragonJesus" Wajda hails from Manitoba, Canada and is a professional poker player. He started his career in 2018 and previously worked as an analyst in the aerospace engineering industry.
Primarily a cash game player in the 200nl-500nl range, Darius also enjoys well-structured tournaments from time to time. Since 2014, he has streamed casually, and now he can continue his poker journey as part of the 888poker StreamTeam.
