The 888pokerLive London kicks off this weekend and will run through December 3. The stop is comprised of 10 events culminating in a £1,100 buy-in, £400K GTD Main Event, which will offer five starting flights and run from Thursday, November 29 through Monday, December 3.
The festival is shaping up to be a big one with some “A-list” poker players confirmed to attend including reigning World Series of Poker champ John Cynn, 2017 WSOP winner Scott Blumstein, Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi, Ali Nejad, John Hesp, Tony Miles, and all of the 888poker ambassadors including Chris Moorman, Martin Jacobson, and Parker “Tonkaaaa” Talbot, just to name a few.

In addition to a big first-place prize, the winner of the 888pokerLive London Main Event will receive a package into an 888poker LIVE event of his or her choice in 2019. This will become standard procedure for all the 888pokerLive Main Events.
Partnering w/ Poker League of Nations
The 888poker LIVE Festival is joining forces with Poker League of Nations (PLON) for the ₤100 buy-in Ladies Event at 19:00 on Sunday, Dec. 2. The winner of the Ladies Event will be granted an 888poker LIVE package to our event in Bucharest in March 2019.
PLON is the world's largest and most internationally represented women's poker organisation. Founded by Maureen Bloechlinger and Lena Evans in late 2017, and launched in earnest in spring 2018, PLON has grown exponentially to a worldwide membership base in excess of 3,300.
“PLON is exceedingly pleased to partner with 888poker LIVE London, as ladies’ events are the perfect opportunity and vehicle to build on and support our worldwide ladies’ community whilst providing a comfortable platform for women of a wide swath of experience – from novice to professional players to compete within a world-class environment,” PLON officials said in a statement. “The LIVE London schedule brilliantly allows ladies, travelling a distance to play, not only the Ladies Event, but also the Main Event, and many side events.”
Among the PLON Ambassadors slated to attend the 888poker LIVE Festival London include Team888’s Ana Marquez (Spain), Catherine Ivgi (UK) and Lena Evans (USA).
