888poker is heading back to Bucharest, Romania, for our next 888poker LIVE stop in 2022. From 20 through 26 June, the 888poker LIVE Bucharest series will take place at the luxurious 4-Star Marriott Sheraton Bucharest Hotel.
The highlight of the series is the €888/$1,000 buy-in Main Event, Day 2 of which will take place on 22 June. There are three Day 1’s leading up to Day 2, along with several live satellites at the venue and online satellites and qualifiers to get your seat for pennies on the dollar.
Bucharest, nicknamed the Little Paris of the East, is a place with a long and rich cultural history. Poker players looking to up the culture level of this trip will be happy to know that Bucharest is filled with art museums and boasts landmark buildings and monuments.
The Palace of Parliament (the heaviest building in the world at 4.10 million tonnes) is a must-visit as well as the Arcul de Triumf, which is modelled after the Arc de Triomphe in Paris.

The series will kick off on 20 June, with the €230 buy-in Opening Event Day, culminating on Friday, 24 June, with Day 2 of the Main Event. The event will end on 26 June.
Throughout the series, there will also be live satellites to the Main Event, which will have three Day 1’s.

- Starting Stack: 50K
- Day 1 (A+B) Level Time: 40 mins, (C) Turbo: 20 mins
- Day 2 will play 6 levels of 50 mins
- Day 3 will play 9 levels of 60 mins
- Final Table: Level Time: 60 mins
- ALL the tournaments will run with a Big Blind Ante & 30-sec. Shotclock
