SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS 

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE YOU MOVE ON TO THE REMAINDER OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS 

You should carefully review these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) along with the applicable 888Poker Terms of Service, before participating in any phase of 888Poker Live Event.  

The 888Poker Live Event (the “Event”) consists of three phases: 

1. The Online Satellites hosted on 888Poker website. 
2. The Main Event Qualifying Satellites hosted on 888Poker website, where participants can win the possibility to win several prizes, including the opportunity to participate in the Main Event and  
3. The Main Event ("the Main Event") takes place during the 888Poker Live Events edition.

Phase 1 and Phase 2 shall be conducted online. Phase 3, however, shall take place as a live, in-person event during the Event. 888 is a sponsor of the Event. The Event consists of various poker tournaments.  

888poker will conduct a promotion associated with the Event, which involves awarding prizes for the Main Event to winners who successfully meet the requirements outlined in these Terms (the “Promotion”). These Terms set forth the rules and conditions governing your participation in both the Event and the Promotion.  

Online Satellites and the Main Event Qualifying Satellites are organized by the applicable evoke Group company (as defined in the Terms of Service that apply to you based on the country from which you are playing) (“888Poker”), who is the operator of the www.888poker.com website (the "Website").  

The Event is organized by Grosvenor Casino, UK. The rules governing the Event are defined by the organizer, and 888poker assumes no responsibility for these rules. It is your responsibility to be informed about and comply with the Event rules before participating in the Event. 

Please be aware that this Agreement is: (a) a legally binding contract between you and 888Poker, (b) the complete and final understanding regarding your participation in the Event and the Promotion, and (c) it overrides any previous agreements related to this matter. 

You confirm that you have not relied on any representations or promises, whether written or spoken, other than those explicitly stated in these Terms. 888Poker reserves the right to transfer its rights, licenses, and obligations under these Terms to any member of evoke Group or another third party without notifying you. 

You acknowledge and agree that 888Poker, or an authorized third party acting on its behalf, have the right to take any reasonable actions to enforce the Terms at any time. 

By participating in the Event and Promotion, you will be indicating that you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms, which form a contract between you and us. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms, you may not participate in the Event or the Promotion. 

All participants in all phases of the Event must be at least 18 years of age. Full Terms and Conditions apply.

Phase 1 

Online Satellites  

1. The first part of the Event involves the qualifying phase where participants can qualify online by entering a series of online satellites with buy-ins starting at just 1 cent- Play your way to the top! (the “Online Satellites”).  
2. The Online Satellites phase is conducted according to the Terms of Service specified in the lobby of the satellite.  
3. The Online Satellites winners will have the chance to participate in Phase 2.  
4. Alternatively, you can skip the Phase 1 and go directly to Phase 2 by paying the Buy-In amount of 109$ Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites.     

Phase 2

5. Participants in this phase will include those who have successfully completed Phase 1 or have purchased the Buy-In, as set forth in point 4.  
6. The Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites will be governed by these Terms and the Terms of Service.  
7. By taking part in the Main Event Qualifying Satellites, you may participate in the Promotion and win a Prize to participate in the Main Event.   
8. The winner(s) of the Promotion shall be those who win Phase 2 and will be awarded the Prizes as outlined below. 

9. Any conversion amount or conversion rate referenced in this Agreement is provided for reference purposes only. The actual conversion rates may vary, and you acknowledge that such rates do not constitute a binding obligation or guarantee of any specific exchange rate at the time of granting the prize. 
10. Upon winning, 888Poker will send an email to the Winner outlining the Prize and providing instructions and further actions required, along with a request for information. The Winner must submit all required information to 888Poker within three days.  
11.  The Prize is non-transferable. The Prize is not redeemable for cash.  
12. The Prize may not be granted in situations where the account is closed, banned or self-excluded. 
13.  For Prizes that consist of a Buy-In, 888Poker will cover the Buy-In for the Main Event; however, participants must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the event organiser. By accepting the Prize.
14. 888Poker or any company of the evoke Group will not be responsible for any tax liability associated with the Prize. 
15. For Prizes that include accommodation, the Winner acknowledges that all accommodation arrangements will be made exclusively through the Main Event Travel company (the “MET”). In order to facilitate your accommodation arrangements, a representative from MET will contact you approximately 10 days after you have provided all the requested information to 888Pokerand once 888Poker verify it. . Once MET confirms your eligibility according to this Terms, the amount corresponding to your accommodation from the Prize will be credited to a MET account created in your name using the email address associated with your 888Poker account. You will then be able to access to their website at https://www.maineventtravel.com/ using the same email address and select your accommodation. No refunds will be issued if the value of the chosen accommodation is lower than the amount credited; furthermore, if any chosen accommodation exceeds the value of the Prize, the difference must be covered by the Winner.  
16. Players must reserve their accommodation and utilize the funds credited to their MET account within six months. Any unused funds after this period will be deducted from the player's MET account. 
17. For any inquiries related to accommodation arrangements, please contact the designated MET representative at the following email address: 888live@maineventtravel.com.  
18. For Prizes that include Travel Expenses, the Winner must possess an active account with 888Poker to receive the funds specifically allocated for those travel expenses. This amount will not be transferred by any other means. Once the amount is credited to the Winner's 888Poker account, the Winner may withdraw it to cover their travel expenses. 
19. The Winner must fully comply with any additional terms and conditions associated with the Prize, including but not limited to ticket terms and conditions, general admission requirements, dress codes, and alcohol consumption restrictions of the Main Event. 888Poker reserves the right to withhold delivery of and/or cancel the Prize if it reasonably suspects that the Winner has not complied or will not comply with any such additional terms and conditions. 
20. 888Poker will not be responsible for arranging or covering additional expenses, such as transportation for the Winner from their home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel, nor any related parking fees, extra luggage charges, visa or permit fees, among others. The Prizes are limited to those described in Clause 8, and no additional benefits will be provided. 
21. In the event that the Winner is unable to attend the Main Event or utilize any portion of the Prize, the monetary value of the Prize will not be disbursed to the Winner, nor will the Prize be provided, and the Winner shall not be entitled to receive any part of the Prize. 
22. The Winner of the Prize will be solely responsible for arranging their travel to and from the event in accordance with the instructions provided by 888Poker and these Terms. The Winner is also responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance, including but not limited to medical insurance and lost luggage coverage.  
23. For Prizes requiring reservations, bookings, and travel arrangements, these must be limited to the dates of the Main Event. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations made outside the designated dates of the Main Event. 
24. For Prizes that consist of a Buy-In, the amount shall be transferred directly to the Event organizer, along with the necessary details of the Winner for registration in the Event.

26. 888Poker does not endorse any deals whatsoever in any of our tournament qualifiers, and, as a result, will not be held responsible or liable for settling any private deals made between members. 
27. If a player’s account with the website has been closed or self-excluded at any time up until the event takes place, he/she will not be eligible for receiving the Prize, and the monetary value of the Prize will not be reimbursed. 
28. By entering the Event, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless 888Poker, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of this Event or the awarding, acceptance or use of the Prize Package. 
29. The Winner may be required to complete and sign an insurance waiver with any third-party vendor providing services related to the Prize, or with 888. The Winner may also need to sign additional documents as requested by 888Poker or the third-party vendor before receiving the Prize. 
30. The Winner must possess a valid passport for at least six months beyond the conclusion of the Main Event, and the Winner is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary visa, ESTA or any other travel permit required for entry into the country where the Main Event is taking place. 888Poker assumes no responsibility for the Winner being unable to travel due to a lack of appropriate travel documentation, and the monetary value of the Prize will not be reimbursed. 
31. 888 is not responsible for any changes to flights, accommodations, or any other aspects related to the itinerary chosen by the Winner for their travel arrangements. 

Phase 3 

Main Event  

32. The Main Event will take place at Grosvenor Casinos, starting on 21/1/2025 until 16/11/2025.
33. 888Poker will manage your registration for the Event.
34. By accepting the Prize, the Winner affirms that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Main Event and agrees to comply with all provisions contained therein. Should the Winner not agree to these Terms and Conditions, and 888 shall withdraw the Winner's participation in the Main Event. 
35. In the event of any suspicion of a fake identity, fraudulent use of the Winner's identification, or attempts to be represented by another person, participation in the Main Event will be denied. Additionally, if the Winner fails to present valid identification on the day of the Event, they will not be permitted to participate. 
36. By participating in this Main Event, the Winner hereby agrees to act as a participant of the 888Poker brand at the Main Event, which includes wearing the branded clothing/patch provided by the Company exclusively throughout the duration of the Main Event, including at the final table. The Winner acknowledges that they are not an authorized legal representative of 888Poker or any company of the evoke Group and shall not have the authority to represent or act on behalf of 888Poker or any company of the evoke Group in any capacity. Furthermore, the Winner agrees not to wear or display the 888’s branding at any other events following the Main Event. 
37. By participating in the Event and winning the Prize, the Winner grants 888Poker and any company of the evoke Group, along with their affiliates and marketing affiliates, a worldwide, sub-licensable, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use their name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes (whether online or offline) related to the 888Poker, without any compensation. The Winner expressly waives any claims against 888 and all companies within the evoke Group in this regard. 
38. During the Main Event, the Event organizers will enforce strict rules regarding player behaviour, which may result in disqualification. If the Winner is penalized or disqualified due to their behaviour in violation of the terms and conditions established by the Event organizers, 888Poker assumes no responsibility or liability for the Winner, and no refund will be issued. 
39. The Event organizers reserve the right to change, amend, or modify any aspect of the Main Event organization or its Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions (applicable to all phases) 

40. These Terms and Conditions apply to all phases of the Event. All participants are required to adhere to these Terms throughout their involvement in any phase of the Event. 
41. If any Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, 888Poker reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative Prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative available. 
42. All participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Event or Promotion. Consequently, no Prize will be awarded to individuals under this age, nor will they be permitted to enter the Event. 
43. 888Poker does not endorse any agreements or arrangements made by any participant in the event that violates any poker rules. As a result, 888Poker shall not be held responsible or liable for resolving any private deals entered into between members. 
44. The Winner personal data may be shared with:  
45. The Main Event Organizer, for registration to the Main Event. This data will be processed and protected in accordance with the Main Event Organizer's privacy policy, which can be reviewed on their website.
46.  Additionally, the Winner's personal data may be shared with MET (https://www.maineventtravel.com/) to arrange and facilitate participation in the Main Event. This data will be processed in accordance with MET’s privacy policy, which can be reviewed at https://maineventtravel.com/pages/page/privacy. 
47. Furthermore, the Winner grants 888, and any third-party vendors providing any services in relation to the Prize, the right to provide their personal data to the third-party vendor in order to have the Prize delivered to such Winner. 
48. 888 and any company of the evoke Group shall not be liable for any personal damages or losses incurred during travel or the Main Event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. They also shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, expenses (including travel and accommodation), or inconveniences arising from a Winner's participation in the Event or related activities, including matters concerning health agencies applicable to travel to or from the Main Event destination. 
49. If any Prize becomes unavailable for whatever reason, 888Poker reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative Prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative available.  
50. Prizes cannot be sold or exchanged for cash (or any other prizes) and cannot be transferred to anyone else. One Prize per Winner.  
51. All website fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity will result in the Winner losing their Prize (and his/her friends not being able to receive any part of the Prize Package) and 888Poker reserves the right to take additional action against such a Winner, which may include, but not be limited to, termination of the player’s account, as well as disqualification from the Event, Main Event or the Promotion. 
52. This Event is intended to enhance a customer's enjoyment of our services and any attempts to manipulate or abuse a promotion, or abuse the spirit of a promotion, will not be tolerated and may lead to forfeiture, blocking or cancellation of any Prizes, as well as an immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and/or closing of the account (as applicable). 888 in its reasonable discretion will decide what amounts to manipulation or abuse of a promotion.  
53. Prizes may be provided by third parties. In such cases:  
54. 888Poker does not guarantee, and will not be liable for, the authenticity or quality of any such Prizes;   
55. 888Poker will not be liable for any changes made to any such Prizes (including, without limitation, any changes to dates, times, locations or the nature of any such Prizes due to interruption, postponement, delay, cancellation or otherwise); and  
56. the Winner of any such Prize must comply fully with any additional terms and conditions issued in connection with such Prize (including, without limitation, any ticket terms and conditions, general terms of admission, dress codes or alcohol consumption restrictions). 888Poker reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any such Prize if it reasonably suspects that the Winner has not complied, or will not comply, with any such additional terms and conditions.  
57. These Terms have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail. 
58. 888 may alter these Terms, including without limitation, where required for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond the 888Poker's control, as a result of changes to applicable law or regulation, or as a result of business decisions. If the 888Poker makes any material changes to these terms and conditions, it will give the Winner reasonable notice of the changes. 
59. The 888 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Prize Package from the Winner, without monetary compensation, if the Winner is under any investigation or his/her account with the website is closed/blocked. 
60. Any provisions herein which by their nature are required to survive termination or expiration of these events in order to achieve their purpose shall so survive until it shall no longer be necessary for them to survive in order to achieve that purpose. 
61. 5% of the total Prize pool of the 888poker UKPL will be retained, not including satellites, which will go towards organizational costs and Prizes. 
62. In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in any promotion (at 888Poker's reasonable discretion), 888Poker reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any Prizes under any such promotion and 888Poker will not incur any liability whatsoever.  
63. 888Poker reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Event or the Promotion without notice.   
64. 888Poker's decision on a dispute in relation to this Promotion will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.  
65. 888Poker accepts no responsibility for data, delivery or any other errors or delays in connection with this Promotion.  
66. The Event is governed by the Terms and the Terms of service applicable to the player and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.  
67. The promoter of the Promotion is ‘Virtual Global Digital Services Limited’ (“888Poker”), a company incorporated in Gibraltar, with company number 119162 and whose registered office is at Level 7 Tagliaferro Business centre, 14 high Street, Sliema SLM 1549, Malta.
